The Travel Studio was born from a simple idea: travel should feel effortless, meaningful, and most importantly, unforgettable. We saw too many cookie-cutter trips in crowded hotspots and wanted to create something different - journeys designed with genuine heart and obsessive detail. Today, we bring together insider knowledge, trusted partners, and a passion for discovery to craft escapes that feel personal from start to finish. We've never been interested in volume. We take on a deliberately small number of groups each season, because that's the only way to do this properly.

Submit a holiday inquiry online, tell us about your travel style, dream destinations, and must-have experiences so we can tailor a trip just for you.

We know travel planning comes with lots of questions which might lead to a few headaches; so here are some answers to the ones we hear most often.

General

We design personalized travel experiences, handling everything from flights and accommodations to activities and local logistics, so you can focus on making memories.

While many of our trips lean toward luxury and boutique travel, we also curate mid-range escapes based on your budget and style.

Absolutely! Whether you have a destination in mind or need help choosing, we tailor your trip to your vision.

That’s entirely up to you. Some clients prefer to approve every detail; others let us handle everything within their preferences.

Booking & Payments

Yes, we charge a flat planning fee depending on the complexity of the trip. This covers research, itinerary building, and ongoing support. You’ll receive a quote after we review your travel form.

Once you approve your proposed itinerary, we’ll send you a payment schedule. You have the option of paying upfront of splitting your payment over 4 months.

We don't book flights - that part's on you, and honestly, it gives you full flexibility on points, upgrades, and preferred airlines. Once you land, we take care of everything else: accommodations, transfers, and activities, all handled seamlessly.

Destinations & Travel Types

We plan escapes around the world, but we have insider experience in places like Southeast Asia, Mexico, Southern Africa, Bali, Europe, and the Indian Ocean islands.

Yes! We can curate group travel, birthday trips, honeymoons, and even retreats. Just let us know your vision and we'll do the rest!

Definitely. We’ll tailor your itinerary to suit any personal, medical, or lifestyle needs.

Logistics & Support

Yes, we’re available to assist before and during your trip, and we work with local partners to ensure you’re supported on the ground.

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes depending on supplier policies. We’ll walk you through all options if plans shift.

Our cancellation policies vary based on your destination and service providers. We’ll provide clear cancellation terms before any bookings are confirmed.

Getting Started

Just fill out our travel form here, and we’ll be in touch within 1–2 business days to start designing your escape.

We run a limited number of departures per destination each season, by design. Keeping our numbers intentionally small is how we make sure every group gets the experience they came for. Not a diluted version of it. When a departure fills, that's it for the season.

Ideally, 3–6 months for international travel, especially if it involves peak seasons or custom experiences.
